The Florida Dairy Farmers Academic All-State Team recognition program honors 24 graduating seniors from around the state who excel in both athletics and academics. Each honoree will receive a $1,700 award, as well as a commemorative medallion, from the FHSAA for being selected to the team. From among the 24 recipients, two Scholar-Athletes of the Year, one boy and one girl, will be announced at the Florida Dairy Farmers Academic All-State Awards Banquet each June. The Scholar-Athletes of the Year, the most prestigious honors conferred on an active student-athlete by the Association, will receive an additional $4,600 each, as well as a trophy.

What is the Florida Dairy Farmers Academic All-State Team?
The Florida Dairy Farmers Academic All-State Team recognition program honors 24 graduating seniors from around the state who excel in both athletics and academics.
Who is eligible for nomination?
Any FHSAA member senior high school may nominate two (2) male and two (2) female graduating seniors pending that one (1) male and one (1) female is minority student-athlete. A nominee must have a cumulative unweighted grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, and must have earned a varsity letter in at least two different FHSAA-recognized sports during each of his or her junior and senior years.
What are the nomination deadlines?
Nomination forms are sent to the principal and athletic director in early December via e-mail; only these school administrators may request nomination forms from the FHSAA Office. Nominations must be received by the date provided on the email submitted to the athletic directors and principals in late January. Forms must be signed by the nominating school's principal and athletic director.
What do team members receive?
