OKWIT awards annual scholarships ranging from $500-2,500 to empower women to pursue and complete their undergraduate and graduate degrees in STEM fields (science, technology, education, and math), as well as to reduce the financial barrier that traditionally accompanies higher education.
How do I qualify?
Female applicants must be at least 18 years of age on or before August 31 of the year the scholarship will be awarded and either:
- A high school student who has been accepted into an undergraduate, accredited program to pursue a STEM degree in the year the scholarship will be awarded.
- An undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a STEM degree through an accredited program in the year the scholarship will be awarded.
